  • In 0.3 mile, 6th Ave W turns right and becomes 4 Seasons Blvd.
  • In 1.5 miles, turn left onto Carolina Village Rd.
  • Keep straight and Carolina Village will be on the left in 0.7 mile.

Directions to Carolina Village From Asheville:

  • Take I-26 E toward Spartanburg.
  • In 21 miles, take Exit 49-B to merge onto US-64W/4 Seasons Blvd towards Hendersonville using the right lane.
  • In 0.1 mile, turn right onto Carolina Village Rd.
  • Keep straight and Carolina Village will be on the left in 0.7 mile.

Directions to Carolina Village From Columbus, NC:

  • Take I-26 W toward Asheville.
  • In 16 miles, take Exit 49-B to merge onto US-64W/4 Seasons Blvd towards Hendersonville using the right lane.
  • In 0.4 mile, turn right onto Carolina Village Rd.
  • Keep straight and Carolina Village will be on the left in 0.7 mile.

Directions to Carolina Village From Chimney Rock:

  • Take Hwy 64/Chimney Rock Rd, crossing over Broad River.
  • In 12.8 miles and just after crossing over I-26, turn right onto Carolina Village Rd.
  • Keep straight and Carolina Village will be on the left in 0.7 mile.

  • At the stop sign, turn right and follow road up the hill.
  • The Care Center is the second building on the hill, past the Medical Center.
