It includes the capacity to appropriately control feelings and related behaviors including realistic assessments of one's limitations, development of autonomy, and the ability to cope effectively with stress. A class offered on every other Tuesday called Musical Meditation. This class offers a chance to reflect and relax and exhibit stress management. The while encouraging participants during the opening of the class to work on body flexibilty. All movements are done from a seated position in a chair...Come relax and let go of the days worries with us...
